I'm actually super excited. Yesterday I bought almost $100 in food. Fruits, veggies, small, low calorie cuisines to prevent myself from buying fast food, and nuts.
I also bought the Biggest Loser, Hip Hop Dance Experience, and Zumba. I did about an hour and a half of working out yesterday.
This morning I had breakfast that consisted of a hand full of pecans, 4 strawberries, and 20 grapes, and I feel full! I actually had to force myself to finish the pecans and grapes.
Once I finish watching Hoarders I'm going to do a 30 min work-out, eat a fiber one bar and go to Old Navy bec they have workout clothes on sale. Lol.
