Saturday I went on a family dinner w/ my cousins, aunts, and parents. The place my cousin chose was The Harbor House. I had never been inside before, but I had parked near it and knew where it was located.
See that table there on the left, that's where we were sitting.
So I walk in, and it's dark. Its a real intimate setting. I ordered a 16 oz prime rib with gumbo, and a baked potato. I expected more for the gumbo, it wasn't bad, but I had higher expectations. My steak was superbly seasoned and cooked to perfection...definitely no complaints about that. I believe the best part about the Harbor House is that it's all-you-can eat. My dad had fried & stuffed mushrooms, surf & turf, & clam chowder. All that shit was all you can eat son! He got about 4 extra servings of crab legs, I ate two. He got 3 extra servings of mushrooms, I ate one. The shot was delicious, and all you could eat, definitely no complaints... Until the bill came.
So there were 8 of us, and our bill was $293. I kept saying, "man that's more than my car note" lol. On the real, for all the shit that we ate, we were charged appropriately. I'm just cheap lol
Would I go again? Hell yeah. Would I go by myself? Negative. With it being all-you-can eat...I definitely can't be the single fat bitch eating all alone. Lol
I recommend checking it out whenever you get a chance.
