Is Too Much Sleep Not Enough?
I have been getting wayyyy to much sleep lately. For anyone that truly knows me, you would know that I am in no way, shape, or form, a morning person. Throughout my collegiate career, I have a total of 2-4 classes that started before 12. Yes. 12. My favorite semester is when my first class started at 4:30. I'm definitely a night person. I was the person who used to make sure that my friends were up for their early classes...mainly because I never slept for the night prior. My grandfather, and my parents, would talk shit about me and say, "I don't know how you're going to get a job and make it in the real world with the messed up sleeping habits that you have". I would go to sleep at 6 & wake up at 3...Yeah, I was horrible.
Anyway, what's going on now is that I'm getting TOO much sleep. Last night, I went to sleep at no later than 9:30 last night and woke up at 6:20 in the morning and was EXHAUSTED! I mean it was RIDICULOUS! This whole having a job and being a productive member of society is not what's popping...sheesh.
