Insanity

So in addition to simply eating better and all that bull, I've started doing Insanity... FUCK THAT SHIT. Today was day two and it whipped my ass. I can't even finish that shit. There's some parts where I just do a half assed version of what he's doing to make sure that I keep moving and keep the momentum up.

Working out, in general, have been going pretty well. I'm able to do 50 squats, and 50 crunches pretty easily. I usually max out at about 35 jumping jacks. Planks, I can't do, burpees/suicide jumps I can do about 10. I'm pretty excited to see how much farther I could go. This week I'm joining a gym because home videos can only do so much. I love the bike and elliptical and I think that will help me burn the most calories.

according to the scale in my room I've lost 2 lbs. If I can rev it up to 5/week ill be in the pocket, and I believe the gym will help me achieve that.
